I Never Played D&D. So I Built a Dungeon Master.

I'm 36.

I've wanted to play Dungeons & Dragons since I was a kid. Never happened. No group. No time. No one to teach me the rules.

I'd see people talk about their campaigns online. The inside jokes. The stories that lasted years. Characters who died heroically. Friendships forged around a table.

I was always on the outside looking in.

Then AI happened.

I'm not a programmer. I'm a forklift driver. I work at a turkey plant in rural Wisconsin. Town doesn't even have a traffic light.

But I spent two years—every night from 9 PM to 1 AM after my son went to bed—building something I wished existed.

A dungeon master that never cancels.

Never judges you for not knowing the rules.

Never makes you feel stupid for asking what a d20 is.

An AI named Franz who can voice your NPCs, track your character sheet, run real 5th Edition mechanics, and tell a story that adapts to you.

I built the door I never had.

And then something unexpected happened.

The world I built... it remembered me.

I came back after a week. The tavern keeper asked where I'd been. The quest I abandoned? It moved forward without me. The NPC I insulted? Still mad.

This wasn't just a game. It was a world. My world.

One that changes when I change it. One that never forgets.

I'm launching Infinite Realms.

It's for the people who always wanted to play but never got the chance. The ones who aged out of their group. The ones who never had a group to begin with.

No scheduling. No awkward first sessions. No rulebook required.

Just you and a world that's been waiting.
